A Busy Week
29 May 2008
On Tuesday, the 27th of May, I’ve had one of the most beautiful concerts so far, at the Art High-School of Baia Mare, where I came back to perform, after many years, together with a former school mate, a great pianist and a good friend: Sergiu Tuhutiu.
I felt exactly like I used to when I was having piano exams in the hall of the high-school many years ago, because in the audience were sitting most of my music teachers and especially Ms Tilca Mariana, my dear piano teacher.
The concert was only for piano and voice and Sergiu was sensational. We played many of the new songs, we also played some of the old ones and I felt, again, as if both of us have found our place.
The audience was absolutely touching.
On the 23rd of May we were invited to sustain a recital in Chisinau, as part of an exceptional event, the anniversary of Creator Art company. We left that place thinking of the new friends we have made there and with the wish to come back again.
Many thanks to Iuri Bors for his kindness, professionalism and the delightful moments he has offered us through the music of Creator Art Orchestra, whom we listened to with great pleasure.
In Cluj, on the 24th of May, things stood very clear. As always, the audience was warm and beautiful, we felt wanted and closely listened to. We performed in an incomplete formula, because Andrei was at the Eurovision contest, but the public at Marty terrace (our host) could enjoy an original appearance, as our beautiful Anuca successfully completed the synthesizer and effects scores. We are extremely happy with her performance and I mean to congratulate her for her interest and abnegation.
I would also want to congratulate Liviu Bocaniala for the music he has offered us, together with Heidi Schmidt, in the opening of our recital, and we hope to see and “hear” each other soon.
Best of luck to you!
Ioana Sandor, Ludovic, Dan Marius… You gave us a beautiful surprise in Baia Mare, on the 25th of May! I very, very much enjoyed to see you again! You gave me much more energy with your presence, just by seeing you from the stage ;-).
Happy Birthday Dan Marius!
Iotzo, I’m lost for words…
Someday I will somehow repay you.
